Traditional Shrimps Piri-Piri Soup

Ingredients

  • 200g large prawns (large shrimp) clean and cut small dices
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) crushed garlic
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lemon juice
  • 2 large chili (Piri-piri)
  • 200 ml fish stock (fish bone and vegetable stock boil simmer)
  • Salt, milled black pepper

Preparation

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine fish broth and shrimp consommé. Bring to a simmer, then strain.
Return broth to the pot and add shrimp and chopped chili, lemon juice, Heat through and adjust seasonings. Garnish with chopped green onion
